The Full Consultation and 14 week Program includes review of BP, HR, Sp02, height, weight, BMI, hip to waist ratio, body measurements, nutrition review, exercise review, medication consideration and prescription if appropriate. You would also be given written resources to take home to support you on your journey and ongoing access to our health and fitness coaches, and our Registered Nurses. If required, we can also on refer you to a Nutritionist, Senior Practitioner / Naturopath, General Practitioner (GP), Life Coach if you wish.
We would meet regularly across a 14week period to support you on a Weight Loss Journey.
